Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Customers will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message after placing their order.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver products within 3–7 business days for domestic orders across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability. Veloria Glow is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the customer’s location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order value thresholds (as advertised on the website).
  • For exchanges due to Veloria Glow’s error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Courier Services
Veloria Glow uses trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking numbers will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. Veloria Glow is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details.
Failed Delivery / Returns
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to Veloria Glow. Customers will be contacted to reschedule delivery or exchange the product according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International Shipping
Currently, Veloria Glow ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
