Refund Method (No Cash Refund Policy)
At Veloria Glow, due to the nature of skin care products, we do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers. Instead of monetary refunds, we provide a product exchange option only to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

Eligibility for Product Exchange
Customers are eligible for a product exchange only if they receive a damaged product or an incorrect item. Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Proof & Verification Requirement
To process an exchange request, customers must share clear photos or videos of the product along with the order number. Requests without proper proof or submitted after the allowed timeframe will not be entertained.

Exchange Process
Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, the product will be exchanged with the same item or an alternative product of equal value, depending on availability. No price difference will be refunded in cash.

Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is due to an error from Veloria Glow, the exchange shipping cost will be covered by us. In all other cases, shipping charges may apply.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Skin types and reactions vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use. Veloria Glow is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities after product usage.

Policy Rights
Veloria Glow reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request that does not meet the terms of this policy.
